Opening hours and appointments

The practice is open during office hours. I do not have a waiting list, so you can expect your first appointment within 1 to 2 weeks. Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

COSTS AND REIMBURSEMENT

The intake session lasts 90 minutes and costs €125,-

For individual therapy the rate* is € 85,- for a 60-minute session. For couples therapy the rate is € 125,- for a 75 minute session.

If you would like a longer session, the standard rate will be increased by €20,- per additional quarter of an hour.

If you would like to get acquainted first, you can do so in a free 30-minute introductory meeting.​

Some health insurers reimburse (part of) the costs depending on your policy. Please contact your health insurer for more information.

PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION

I am a member of the professional association for Gestalt professionals in the Netherlands and Flanders, the NVAGT registration number 2523, and the EAGT. I am also a member of the SCAG dispute resolution body, registration number 19245.

 

COMPLAINTS

In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied with a programme or how a session went, I am very sorry to hear that. It is important that this is resolved immediately. Discussing the matter together often resolves most complaints. If the complaint persists or if you find it too difficult to discuss, you can submit your complaint to the SCAG disputes committee.
